Newbreed Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Refund & Exchange policy

1. We are happy to exchange or refund for the product(s) purchased from ANTIBRND within 15 days from the date of original purchase, provided they are unused/unwashed, and in the original selling condition, accompanied with original bill, tags, credit/debit card used and its payment slip. The refunds can take up to 30 days to process. If you don’t receive your refund within this time, please contact your bank.

2. FREE EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you wont be charged extra exchange the product(s). It’s on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

3.NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS
You can return the product if you don’t like the fabric, color, fit or for any reason – We don’t have a problem.

4. ANTIBRND reserves the right to change this policy from time to time without prior intimation to the Customers. Prior transactions between the Customer and ANTIBRND shall continue to be governed by policy existing at the time of the original transaction.

5. EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it’s less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit.

6. In case of manufacturing defect(s), the product should be sent for inspection within 15 days of purchase along with the original receipt.

7.ANTIBRND reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.

8. If in the determination of ANTIBRND, a customer is misusing the exchange and refund policy, ANTIBRND reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund to such customer.
For the purposes of this clause, repeated pattern of purchase and return by a customer; bulk purchase of the same item and exchange may be considered as an abuse of policy.

9. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts located at BANGALORE.
